The combination of these two spells creates a terrific effect, used for making people riot in Oblivion. Frenzy increases an NPC's aggression, and rally increases an NPC's confidence. Used together, as many experienced players know, these two spells make people fight belligerently and blindly, until either the spell wears off, or a guard puts them down. Just wanted to demonstrate its destructive capabilities in this video. These are both spells under the school of illusion. Your illusion should definitely be at 100 if you're trying to cast ones like the magnitude of the ones seen in this video; this character is at level 45 and all maxed out, fairly of course, with all magic skills at 100.. So I don't know how possible this is for the lower level characters.
If you have a weakness to magic spell applied to you, it will magnify ALL spell effects cast on you including positive ones (as long as the spell contains at least one negative effect). You can make custom weakness to magic spells, and by casting them alternatingly you can give yourself a massive weakness to magic. Then you can cast the spell you want to boost for huge increases to attributes, health, magic, etc.

I am very sick, so I'm kind of delirious and disorganized in this video. Basically, punch dread zombies to spam your hand to hand skill and get +5 strength when you level; dread zombies replenish their own health. Block while casting to cut off about 0.5s from your casting time.

I decided to try out "God Mode" and make 2 extreme custom spells with the Spellmaking option: The first one (green effects and they all fall over) causes Frenzy on target and Invisibility on self for 120 seconds, and Paralyze on target for 5 seconds with a 100ft radius. The second (lightning) causes max Frost, Fire and Shock damage for 120 seconds with a 100ft radius. Its been so long since the armour was submitted so i wish to get peoples attention for the mod. How to Oblivion In this episode of How To, I look at Oblivion, a game released at an awkward phase in life where RPGs were just discovering that there was this thing called 1080p and that if you spoke seductively to your console, it might let you play in that resolution. Thusly, Oblivion is a flawed masterpiece. Flawed in its many concessions, but a masterpiece in what it was able to achieve in both narrative, and player driven narratives. It's a super cool game with no exploits or bugs. It is the perfect experience. It's a party game that you play by yourself, in silence with many hentai body mods for both mer and beastmen alike. Finishing up the Caught in the Hunt quest, showing off some more things, finding the damn Redguard I've been looking for and getting the best quest reward in the game...except in the original, in which it's bugged and either crashes the game or has a 1 in 3 chance of not giving you what it should. Both these problems have been fixed, so I get to enjoy some delicious willpower.
And this is why the game really needs more novice level spells. They're useful even for someone with no skill at all, and can make a person question which school of magic would be a good secondary skill. Of course in the original so such thing exists, since finding one novice spell and spam casting it for several real-time hours will make you a master of that magic school
37-49 fist weapons (no DLC or DG only or DB only or LEG) with daggers' perks and stats (a little less reach) silent, allowing sneaking skills using hand to hand animations with unique randomized enchantments (it means it doesn't apply on each hit) including cloak effects, dismay, uppercut (werewolf), slow time, animal allegiance, fire, ice, shock and poison effects... They are really not meant to appear often. If I ever need a punching bag that DOES give me experience with 0 effort, I know where to be. Experience, BTW, is earned per action. Doesn't matter what or how hard you hit (or how much magicka it uses), you just need to do a certain action a certain amount of times.
